There’s no point in paying for something that you don’t like. A lot of people obsess about paying ally rates but your buying one associate, it doesn’t necessarily stipulate a particular result that you’d like to get. So, have a look at other ways you might be able to pay people. Maybe you can pay per project, in that way they can complete the project in whatever time they’d like but you get specific results. This is especially important if you have sales people.Â
